About Us

Darin is an IT Service Management consultant with a very large, international telecommuncations company (Hint: NYSE symbol T). He has worked in IT since 1990 and has been consulting since 1997. He obtained a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with a double major in classical Greek and computer science. He completed his master's degree in Computer Information Sciences at the University of Florida, Gainesville. He is the publisher of Profitable For All Things.

When Darin began investing in real estate, he tried using various analysis software programs but found a number of things he wanted to do differently. So, he decided to do the analysis himself and thus the Basic Analyzer and the Advanced Real Estate Analyzer were born.

Adela earned her degree in psychology from Universidad Metropolitana in Barranquilla, Colombia. She is the Chief Real Estate Researcher, obtaining much data for Darin's program to analyze.
