Future Value Calculator
The future value formula contains four
variables: Future Value, Present Value, Rate and Periods.
Given any three of these variables, this calculator will compute fourth
variable.
For example, suppose you buy a property for $100,000. What will it be worth
in 7 years if it appreciates an average of 10% per year? To determine this,
enter the present value of the property (100000), the rate of
appreciation (10) and the number
of years (7). Click "Calculate". The future value ($194,871.71) will display in the
"Calculated Values" column on the "Future Value" row.
